Aligning with Well-Being

The key to aligning with the universe and well-being starts with the personal beliefs we accept and hold as truth in our lives. These beliefs then form what we call our reality to which the body and its conditions lines up with. In fact, our beliefs form all areas of our life such as our relationships, our surrounding environment, and even the world economy.

Beliefs are merely thoughts we choose to think and say over and over again. These thoughts then produce either positive or negative feelings which create all of our life experiences. Our feelings are our inner guide to what we are habitually thinking.

Our body is simply a mirror of our inner thoughts and beliefs responding to every thought and word we speak. It continuously talks to us sending signals and messages through our feelings which are transmitted through our facial expressions, bodily postures, behaviors, dreams and nightmares, and bodily pain, etc.

Continuous loving and joyous thought patterns produce a healthy vibrant body while negative thought patterns produce an unhealthy distressed body. So when we continually experience negative feelings and do nothing to release and change the thoughts or limiting beliefs that created them, our body eventually responds by producing symptoms, health conditions and/or dis-ease throughout our body.

Ignoring our body’s signals over a long period of time generally results in serious or multiple health conditions, causing even greater misalignment with the universe and our natural state of well-being. So the choice is ours to listen to or ignore the signals our bodies are sending us.

However, once health conditions are present in the body it is important to understand how to bring the body back into alignment with its natural state of well-being. The most effective approach is choosing to change the negative thought patterns associated with the condition along with assisting the body physically through alternative modalities that assist with realignment along with nutrition, supplements, and exercise.

Focusing on just the body’s physical condition can produce results for some length of time. However, the negative thought patterns that created the condition are still present and sending out signals. Overtime these signals become stronger creating the same or different health condition somewhere within the body.

A good analogy of this is our car signaling us that something is wrong by continually making unusual noises. And out of fear or frustration we turn the radio on to drown the noises out, knowing full-well there is something wrong.

It is the same principal with the signals our body sends us. Choosing to ignore the car noises will not fix the car anymore than ignoring our negative feelings and thought patterns will fix our bodies. My experiences have taught me that ignoring signals usually costs way more in a multitude of ways. To me, signals are actually gifts from the universe to resolve and make changes at the first signs of misalignment.
